The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Villa City Of The Night Kalkan accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a television, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Garden & Terraces: The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
