A bright and contemporary living area furnished with a comfortable seating set, satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides a welcoming space for the whole group.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils for 8 people.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, and a sea-view balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe, and a seaview balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Single bed and wardrobe and a seaview balcony

The villa has 4 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Garden & Terrace:
The villa features a spacious private terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols an outdoor dining set and a barbecue area.
Private Swimming Pool: Dimensions: 7m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.55m.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned on your departure day subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Ventura is situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas outside the centre are generally located within village settings, you may encounter elements of natural wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
