Living Area:
The living room, with pool and sea views, is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a coffee table and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, a dining set and dining table, a toaster and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Elena 1 accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, a private jacuzzi, a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, and air conditioning. (Please confirm bathroom arrangement for this room).
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 have private en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A stunning infinity swimming pool with magnificent sea views (Dimensions: 8.5 m x 3.5 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The garden is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and tables and chairs.
• Private Sea Platform: A private platform area on the rocks, exclusively for villa guests, is a 70-80 metre walk from the villa.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
