You may submit to our company, by means of this form, your requests concerning the rights listed in Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

How to Apply

1) In writing: Complete and sign the form and deliver it by hand or send it by post to “Kalkan Mahallesi Cumhuriyet Cad. No: 48/1, 07960 Kaş/Antalya, Türkiye” (please write “Request for Information under the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope).

2) Registered electronic mail (KEP): Send the form to villacinizseyehatturizmemlak@hs01.kep.tr via KEP.

3) Secure electronic / mobile signature: Sign the form with a secure electronic or mobile signature and e-mail it to info@villaciniz.com.tr.

4) From your e-mail address registered in our system: Send the form to info@villaciniz.com.tr from the e-mail address you have previously notified to us (please write “Personal Data Protection Law Information Request” in the subject line).

Applications are concluded only in respect of the applicant's own data; applications made on behalf of third parties require a notarised power of attorney containing special authority. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature and within 30 (thirty) days of its receipt by our company at the latest; where the response exceeds ten pages, a processing fee may be charged for each additional page under Article 7 of the Communiqué, and where the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD/USB, the cost of the medium may be charged. Even where erasure requests are fulfilled, our obligation to share data with the competent official authorities upon their request remains reserved.
