Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes a guest WC and ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Etna accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a hairdryer, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms. Each of the four bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional guest WC in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a comfortable and relaxing retreat with the convenience of private bathrooms for each bedroom.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Etna is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. This elevated position offers a peaceful setting with stunning sea views, while still being conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its amenities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
