Living Area:
The comfortable and spacious living area is furnished with a large seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. It provides a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socialising for the whole group.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kartal accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large, sheltered private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun in privacy (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The villa is set within a private garden with furnished terraces that offer ample outdoor living space for relaxation and dining while enjoying the superb views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is ideal for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Due to its elevated position and terrace design, this villa may not be suitable for very young children without constant supervision.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Kartal is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. It is within a short distance to Kalkan centre, local markets, and restaurants.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
