The spacious, modern living area offers stunning sea views. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a coffee table, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a water dispenser and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ozgen 2 accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views, each featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Pool Terrace & Garden: The terrace and garden feature a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, a dining table and chairs, and beach towels are provided.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat in the heart of Kalkan with stunning sea views from every room. It is located near Villa Ozgen 1, making it a perfect choice for larger groups wishing to book two adjacent villas together.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
