Living Area:
The luxurious and comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning, a dining table and chairs, and ironing facilities. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Everes accommodates guests in 4 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a hairdryer, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, perfect for enjoying a swim regardless of the season (Length: 6 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.9 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:
The swimming pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £50. Please request this service at the time of booking.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is equipped with a security camera and an alarm system for your safety.
• This villa is suitable for children and babies, but is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Everes is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan centre. This elevated position offers a peaceful setting with stunning sea views, while still being conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its amenities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
