Living Room:
A sea-view living room on the ground floor featuring a seating area, flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, a sink, an iron and ironing board and a separate WC.

Kitchen:
An open-plan American-style kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster and a full set of cookware, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

Bedrooms:
The villa sleeps 6 guests in 3 luxurious sea-view ensuite bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A double bedroom with air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables, a balcony and an ensuite parents' bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): A double bedroom with air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables, a balcony and an ensuite parents' bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor - Master Suite): A luxurious double bedroom with air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables, a private Jacuzzi, a balcony and an ensuite parents' bathroom.

Bathrooms:

The villa has three modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, with the master suite featuring a luxurious Jacuzzi. Additionally, a convenient guest WC is located on the ground floor near the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Infinity Pool: A breathtaking private infinity pool with a stunning sea view (Dimensions: 9m length x 3.5m width, Depth: 1.5m).
• Garden & Terrace: A wide and functional pool terrace furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs for 6, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned on your departure day subject to no damage, loss or breakages.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Pet Friendly: One pet is accepted for an additional fee of £50.

Villa Swan is situated in the popular Kızıltaş area of Kalkan centre, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
