The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Badem Duo accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a balcony with sea views.

• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 6.5 m, Width: 5.4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient base with lovely sea views.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
