Villa Vista Mare is a charming and well-located villa nestled amongst olive trees in Kalkan, offering a relaxing holiday for up to 6 guests (with additional sleeping space on the roof floor). With 3 bedrooms spread over three floors, a private swimming pool, and stunning sea and mountain views from the living room, bedrooms and roof terrace, this villa provides a perfect retreat. Its excellent location is just a 5-minute walk from Kalkan's centre, beach, harbour, shops and restaurants.

Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a coffee table, a fireplace and air conditioning. It offers access to a terrace with stunning views.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, a Turkish coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Vista Mare accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms, with an additional separate roof floor area for extra sleeping space. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor with access to the pool terrace, and Bedroom 3 is on the second floor with a balcony.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A double bedroom with access to the pool terrace. (Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2).
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): A twin room with two single beds and access to the pool terrace. (Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 1).
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): A double bedroom with a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three shared bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share one bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has its own private bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The garden and pool terrace are furnished with a seating group, sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Vista Mare enjoys a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Kalkan's town centre, beach, harbour, shops and restaurants, allowing you to easily explore everything on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
