Furnished with extremely comfortable amenities for the relaxation of its guests, it features a spacious and functional pool terrace. Living Area:
The sea-view living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, a sink, iron and ironing board, and a guest toilet.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Bedrooms:
Villa Captain Lucky accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi. Each bedroom includes a dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, and a balcony.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest toilet in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A stunning private swimming pool with breathtaking sea views (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue, and a swing.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa offers stunning sea views.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Captain Lucky is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
