Bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a wardrobe and a sea-view balcony.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed. Features a private ensuite bathroom within the room.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed. Features a private ensuite bathroom within the room.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bathrooms:

The villa has three modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a private ensuite bathroom. A third bathroom is conveniently shared between Bedrooms 3 and 4.

Garden & Terrace:
The villa boasts a large private garden. The terrace area features a sizeable swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols an outdoor dining set and a barbecue.

Private Swimming Pool: Dimensions: 7.5m (length) x 5m (width). Depth: 1.5m.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.
