Living Area:
Located on the ground floor with stunning sea views, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table, satellite TV (LCD) and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
Located on the ground floor, the villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. Access to the pool terrace is available from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:
Villa Aquamarine accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Three bedrooms offer access to a balcony or terrace.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A double bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): A twin room with two single beds and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a single armchair and a balcony.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 6.5 m, Width: 3.1 m, Depth: 1.1 m).
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 12.5 m, Width: 5.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining, with direct access from the living area and kitchen.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
