Villa Macka is a sea-view villa nestled in nature, located in the Kisla area of Kalkan. Centrally located and close to Kalkan town centre and beaches, this 3-bedroom villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms are ideal for parents, while one is perfect for younger guests. Featuring a delightful pool terrace where you can leave behind the year's fatigue, our villa offers beautiful views. Everything you need is available at Villa Macka, which is ideal for large families and groups of friends, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday with your loved ones.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a satellite TV, wireless internet access, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Kitchen:
The spacious, bright, and modernly designed American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring built-in hob, kettle, pots and pans, dining set, and all basic kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Macka accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (This bedroom does not have a private bathroom).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private en-suite bathrooms. A separate, shared bathroom is available for Bedroom 3 and other guests.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The private garden features a sunbathing area furnished with sun loungers and a seating group.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Macka is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, close to the town centre and beaches, offering beautiful sea views amidst nature.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
