The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, a TV with a satellite receiver, air conditioning, a coffee table, and internet access. It offers direct access to the poolside.

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, a dining set, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table with chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Bianca Duo accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, air conditioning, nightstands, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A private plunge pool (cooling pool) offering magnificent sea views (Dimensions: 2 m x 2 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, a parasol, tables and chairs, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
