Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the poolside.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, 4-ring hob, a dining table, a dining set, and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tarus Mara accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms feature a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and nightstands. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a separate unit on the lower floor.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 (Lower Floor - Separate Unit): A double bedroom with its own living room, kitchen, and a private bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have private en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom unit has its own private bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note (Very Important): The 4th bedroom is located on the lower floor and functions as a separate unit with its own living room, kitchen, and entrance. This entrance is different from the main entrance used for Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Direct access to the pool area is available from this lower-floor unit. The villa is a short distance from Kalkan town centre.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
