The modern and stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Palm accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. All rooms enjoy wonderful sea and town views.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 5: A bedroom with two double beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is an entertainment hub, featuring:
  • A foosball table.
  • Sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is located in a natural setting. While the property is regularly treated, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects, flies or butterflies) as is common in this beautiful region.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking a comfortable and central base with added entertainment.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot, with shops, restaurants and the harbour within easy reach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
