Living Area:
A vast, bright open-plan living area with high ceilings, elegant modern furnishings, a satellite TV, air conditioning and a decorative fireplace. Full-height glass walls provide uninterrupted views and direct access to the main terrace and infinity pool.

Kitchen:
A state-of-the-art, fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware. A spacious breakfast bar adds practicality.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 luxurious and well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, ample storage, and stunning sea or mountain views.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, TV and private terrace/balcony access.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private terrace/balcony access.

The villa features 5 modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
