Living Area:
The luxurious sea-view living area is elegantly furnished with a comfortable seating group, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and satellite receiver, and air conditioning. It also features an 8-person dining table and a guest WC for added convenience.

Kitchen:
The villa has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete 10-person set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Pırlanta accommodates guests in 5 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside table.

1. Bedroom 1: A family room on the 1st floor with a double bed and a sea-view ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A room on the 1st floor with a double bed, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A room on the 1st floor with two single beds, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A room on the terrace floor with a double bed, a balcony, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
5. Bedroom 5: A room on the terrace floor with a double bed, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool with sea views, set within a spacious terrace (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the panoramic sea views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with a view. The garden also features a swing.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Pırlanta is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, overlooking the beautiful Kalamar Bay and within convenient walking distance of the town centre, beaches and many restaurants.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
