A comfortable and functional living area furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides a practical space for relaxation and socializing.

A fully-equipped modern kitchen featuring all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 9 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Dual Pool Feature: The villa boasts a unique dual-pool setup: a main private swimming pool and a separate small Jacuzzi pool.
• Main Pool: A private swimming pool measuring 7.5m x 4m with a depth of 1.65m.
• Jacuzzi Pool: A separate, smaller pool equipped with Jacuzzi jets for relaxation. 
• Terraces & Entertainment: The pool area is furnished for relaxation and also features a hammock and a trampoline, providing fun for both adults and children.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Panoroma Duo enjoys a very convenient location in the Ortaalan district, which is part of central Kalkan. This offers easy walking access to the town's centre, marina, restaurants and shops.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
