The modern and stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Optimum accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all offering stunning sea views and each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 5: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool (Length: 9.5 m, Width: 4.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat with stunning views from every room.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
