A comfortable and functional living area furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers a practical space for the group to relax and spend time together.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped modern kitchen featuring all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 9 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage.

Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 5: A single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

Dual Pool Feature: The villa features a practical dual-pool setup: a main swimming pool and a second small pool with Jacuzzi function.

Main Pool: A private swimming pool for exercise and cooling off.( Length: 12 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.7 m )

Jacuzzi Pool: A smaller, separate pool that can be used as a Jacuzzi for hydro-massage relaxation.

Terraces & Entertainment: Furnished terraces provide space for relaxation and also feature a table tennis table for guest enjoyment.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of £50 per day.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
