With five ensuite bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Its prime location offers a 15-minute walk to Kalkan centre and the marina, with key attractions like Kaputaş Beach and Patara just a short drive away.

Living Area:
A spacious and comfortable lounge area furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning, and Netflix access. It features free Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, a selection of card and board games and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped modern kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in hob and hood, oven, microwave, water dispenser, an 8-person dining set and all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 spacious and modern bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing tables and ensuite bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a TV, balcony and ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a balcony and ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a balcony and ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a terrace, ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub.
• Bedroom 5: A double bedroom with a TV, terrace and ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom. Bedroom 4's bathroom includes a bathtub.

Indoor & Wellness Facilities:

• Heated Indoor Pool: A private indoor pool (5m x 3m, depth: 1.5m) located on the first floor, complete with various sports equipment for guest use.
• Indoor Garden: A unique garden with banana, kumquat and lemon trees, separated from the pool area by a glass partition.
• Note on Pool Heating: Indoor pool heating is available for an extra fee of £25 per day. Outdoor pool heating is also available for £35 per day. The water temperature reaches 27-30°C.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Infinity Pool: A spectacular private infinity pool (14m x 4.5m, depth: 1.5m) with a shallow entry area suitable for children.
• Terraces & Gardens: Expansive terraces offer stunning sea and Kalkan views, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining set, a barbecue and a table tennis table.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Parties or group events are not permitted.
• Suitable for children (ages 2-12) and infants (0-2).
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep slopes. Therefore, access may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects).
