The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

• Private Gym: A well-equipped private gym for maintaining your fitness routine.
• Games Area: An entertainment space featuring a foosball table.

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool with sea views, set within a spacious terrace (Length: 12 m, Width: 6 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The extensive garden features a swing. Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the scenery.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
