Living Area:
A spacious and functional open-plan living area furnished with comfortable seating, a satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides a relaxed setting for the whole group to gather.

Kitchen:
A practical, fully-equipped modern kitchen featuring essential appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a private Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Terraces: Furnished outdoor areas surrounding the villa provide space for sunbathing and relaxation.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue  facilities is perfect for group meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
