Living Area:
The living area offers stunning views over Kalamar Bay. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace and includes a guest WC and ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 10.

Bedrooms:
Villa Nova accommodates guests in 5 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, all offering stunning sea views over Kalamar Bay and each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have access to a sun terrace with sun loungers and bedroom 3 also features a bathtub.

The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

• Private Infinity Pool: A beautiful 8x5 metre infinity pool with stunning sea views (Length: 8 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is an entertainment paradise, featuring:

  • Sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups seeking a luxurious and stylish retreat with spectacular sea views from every room.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
