Living Area:
The spacious and modernly designed living room features a seating group, air conditioning, a TV, satellite receiver, internet access, and direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen:
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, water heater, coffee machine, water dispenser, 4-ring built-in hob, oven, microwave, toaster, a breakfast bar, a dining table, and all kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tigra accommodates guests in 5 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with panoramic sea views and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. Two bedrooms feature private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with access to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: A double bedroom with a balcony with sea views and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A stunning private swimming pool (Length: 16 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace offers comfortable views of the sea and Kalkan. It features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Tigra is set in the sought-after Ortaalan neighbourhood in the centre of Kalkan, combining a quiet location with the convenience of being within walking distance of the town centre, while still offering lovely views. It is very close to markets, restaurants and other facilities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
