A spacious and beautifully designed living room furnished with a seating group, air conditioning, a satellite TV and offering free internet access. A guest WC is also located in this area.

A fully-equipped American-style kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, water dispenser, 4-ring built-in hob, oven, microwave, a breakfast bar, a dining table and all necessary kitchen utensils and equipment.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all located on the first floor and featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing tables and private ensuite bathrooms.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects).
