Living Area:
The villa features a very spacious and bright living area with beautiful panoramic views. It is comfortably furnished with a large seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a dining area and provides a welcoming social space for the whole group.

Kitchen:
The villa has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Doruk accommodates guests in 5 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning, storage and lovely views.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom on the 1st floor with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom on the 1st floor with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A twin room on the 1st floor with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A double bedroom on the 1st floor with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
5. Bedroom 5: A double bedroom on the rooftop floor with a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom and a private jacuzzi.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool with lovely views, set within a spacious terrace (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces on multiple levels, including the rooftop, provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the scenery.
• Garden Amenities: The garden area includes a children's play area and an outdoor shower. An outdoor dining set, sun loungers and a barbecue are available for alfresco meals and leisure.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
