The swimming pool area includes a main pool with an integrated small children's pool that also functions as a Jacuzzi. Living Area:
A comfortable and functional living area furnished with a seating group, a satellite TV and air conditioning, providing a relaxed space for the whole family.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all essential appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, storage and sea views.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds).
• Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (with two single beds).

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each have a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Pool with Jacuzzi/Children's Area: A private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth: 1.6m) with an integrated small children's pool that also functions as a Jacuzzi.
• Garden & Entertainment: The villa boasts a large garden featuring a children's playground, a trampoline and a hammock.
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide space for sunbathing and relaxation.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue is perfect for family meals.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Pool heating is available for an additional fee of £200 per week, upon request.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
