The bright and comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning and a 10-person dining table. It provides a welcoming space for the whole group to gather.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Lapis accommodates guests in 5 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite bathroom.
5. Bedroom 5: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool set within a spacious terrace (Length: 14.5 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Upper Terrace Jacuzzi: A relaxing jacuzzi is located on the upper terrace, perfect for unwinding with a view.
• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.
• Entertainment & Dining: The main pool terrace features a table tennis table and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals and fun.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Lapis is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, known for its desirable properties and beautiful coastal views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
