Living Area:
A spacious and comfortable living area designed for group gatherings, furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage. Please note the unique layout.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a private Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5 (Lower Ground Floor): A bedroom located on the lower ground floor for extra privacy, with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. The bathroom for Bedroom 2 includes a Jacuzzi.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large private swimming pool (11m x 4m, depth: 1.5m) set on a terrace with views.
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the panoramic views of Kalamar Bay.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
