Villa Dream Exclusive is one of our luxury rental villa options, located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan with stunning sea views. With a capacity for 10 guests, Villa Dream Exclusive has been designed in a very stylish and modern way, considering all the needs of our guests. Villa Dream Exclusive features a Turkish hammam and sauna within the property to serve you in all four seasons. Additionally, our villa has table tennis and a children's playground, allowing you to spend quality time with your loved ones accompanied by sea views. Everything has been considered for you in our villa, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday.

Living Area:
Our living room features a seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, internet access, air conditioning, a coffee table and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, 4-ring hob, a dining table, a dining set and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Dream Exclusive accommodates guests in 5 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table and nightstands.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5 (Basement Floor - Separate Entrance): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own private entrance.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. Additionally, there is a separate shower and WC in the basement wellness area.

Spa & Wellness:

• Turkish Hammam: Available for guest use.
• Sauna: Available for guest use.
  (Both are located on the basement floor).

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Pool: A private swimming pool with a jacuzzi system (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool (Length: 2 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 0.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a swing, an outdoor seating group, a dining table and a barbecue.
• Playground: A children's playground is available in the garden.
• Games: A table tennis table is available.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Dream Exclusive is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
