Living Area:
The spacious, modern, and sea-view living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a coffee table, a TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet access. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, water dispenser, plates, glasses, pots and pans sets, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Calıkusu Luxury accommodates guests in 5 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and a hairdryer. Two master bedrooms feature private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A stunning private swimming pool with a jacuzzi system (Length: 14.5 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The sunbathing area features a private pool and garden, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, pool towels, a seating set, tables and chairs, a fireplace, an outdoor shower and a BBQ.
• Entertainment Area: A TV room and a billiard table are located on the lower level of the pool area.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
