The villa is perfectly equipped for groups of up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Living Area:
A comfortable, sea-view living room furnished with a seating group, a plasma satellite TV, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a coffee table and direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen:
A practical and fully-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining table and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 comfortable and functional bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing tables and private bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double suite bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double suite bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 private bathrooms, each one ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large private swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth: 1.75m).
• Terraces & Garden: The pool area is furnished with a garden set, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with chairs.
• Entertainment: For added fun, the villa offers a children's play area, a foosball table and a table tennis table.
• Note on Pool Heating: Outdoor pool heating is available for an extra fee of £50 per night.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Pets are not allowed at this villa.
• Parties or group events are not permitted.
• Suitable for children (ages 2-12) and infants (0-2).
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Unregistered extra guests are not permitted.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Villa Toros is located in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep slopes. Therefore, access may involve inclined and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) roads. Additionally, as our villas are located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects).
