A bright and spacious open-plan living area designed for comfort, furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers a relaxed space for the whole group to unwind.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all essential appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils for meal preparation.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a private Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. The bathroom for Bedroom 4 includes a Jacuzzi.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large private swimming pool (11m x 4m, depth: 1.5m) set within a sunny terrace.
• Terraces: Furnished terraces surround the villa, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning views of Kalamar Bay.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
