Living Area:
The bright living area offers a lovely sea view. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. For convenience, it also includes a dining table with chairs, a washbasin, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully equipped American-style (open-plan) kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, toaster and an electric kettle. A full set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils is provided.

Bedrooms:
Villa Artar has 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all located on the 1st floor and each featuring air conditioning, storage, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom.

1. Bedroom 1: An ensuite family room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and balcony.
2. Bedroom 2: An ensuite room, ideal for younger guests, configured with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and balcony.
3. Bedroom 3: An ensuite family room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and balcony.
4. Bedroom 4: An ensuite family room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for guest convenience.

Outdoor & Pool Area:
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and offers beautiful nature and sea views. The focal point is the private swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth: 1.65m). The garden is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a set of table and chairs for alfresco dining. Additional amenities include a children's play area, a swing and a foosball table.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
•  A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at departure if no damage is found. Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets, and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Artar is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. The villa is within a short walking distance to Kalkan centre and the beach.
Please note: Due to Kalkan's hillside nature, some walking on inclines is to be expected. While many villas are within walking distance of the centre, some guests may prefer to use a car or taxis for greater convenience.
