With a capacity for 10 guests, Villa Bella Kalkan has been designed in a very stylish and modern way, considering all the needs of our guests. Additionally, our villa has foosball, table tennis, and a children's playground, allowing you to spend quality time with your loved ones accompanied by sea views. Everything has been considered for you in our villa, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday.

Living Area:
Our living room features a seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, internet access, air conditioning, a coffee table, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, 4-ring hob, a dining table, a dining set and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Bella Kalkan accommodates guests in 5 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Jacuzzi: A jacuzzi is located on the top floor terrace.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a swing, an outdoor seating group, a dining table, and a barbecue.
• Playground: A children's playground is available.
• Games: Foosball and table tennis tables are available.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
