Living Area:
A vast, bright, and tastefully furnished open-plan living area with high ceilings, comfortable seating, a satellite TV and air conditioning. Large panoramic windows and sliding doors provide uninterrupted views and direct access to the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Dining Area:
A separate, elegant dining area adjacent to the living space, featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats all guests, perfect for shared meals with a view.

Kitchen:
A state-of-the-art, fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils. A convenient breakfast bar adds to the functionality.

Games Room:
A fantastic entertainment space located on the lower floor, equipped with a PS4 games console and TV, a foosball table, a table tennis table, a dartboard, a treadmill, an exercise bike and a selection of board games.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 luxurious bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, and stunning views.

The villa features 5 modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom. The bathrooms for Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are equipped with Jacuzzis.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A spectacular 14-meter infinity swimming pool ( Length: 14 m, Width: 4.5 m, Depth: 1.7 m ), one of the largest private pools in Kalkan, offering a majestic swimming experience with panoramic views.
• Terraces & Gardens: Expansive, multi-level terraces surround the villa, furnished with ample sun loungers, parasols and various seating areas, all designed to maximize enjoyment of the views and the Turkish climate.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area with a high-quality barbecue and dining table, ideal for alfresco feasts.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa in the Sky is located in a premium, elevated position above Kalkan, guaranteeing absolute privacy and some of the most commanding views in the region.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
