The spacious and bright living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a satellite TV with USB port and a music system. It features air conditioning, a dining table and provides a welcoming space for the whole group. Additionally, the villa boasts a dedicated entertainment area with a table tennis and a foosball table.

Kitchen:
The villa has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Yağmur Vista accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, storage and offering views over Kalkan and the sea.

• Terraces & Garden: Furnished terraces and a garden provide outdoor living space. The area is enhanced by scenic evening lighting.
• Family Amenities: The garden includes a children's play area and a swing. An outdoor dining set and barbecue are available for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
