Villa Roma is a sea-view villa with a private jacuzzi, located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Centrally located just 2 minutes from Kalkan town centre, this 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms are ideal for parents, while the other two are perfect for younger guests. Featuring a jacuzzi and a delightful pool terrace where you can leave behind the year's fatigue, our villa offers beautiful views. Everything you need is available at Villa Roma, which is ideal for large families and groups of friends, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday with your loved ones.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a satellite TV, wireless internet access, air conditioning, a coffee table and a fireplace.

Kitchen:
The spacious, bright, and modernly designed American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring built-in hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dining set, and all basic kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Roma accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, a TV, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4).
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a separate, common bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 7.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The private garden features a sunbathing area furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, a dining table, a barbecue, a swing, a children's play area, and a foosball table.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a common bathroom. Necessary precautions have been taken to ensure the sunbathing terrace and pool are not visible from the outside, however, the privacy of other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed. The villa is located just 2 minutes from Kalkan town centre.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Roma is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. It is conveniently located just 2 minutes from Kalkan town centre.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
