Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. It provides a warm and inviting space for relaxation.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Pana accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms. The two double bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional family bathroom serving the twin bedrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool set within a beautiful garden (Length: 7.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The spacious garden features a sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, a seating group, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue, and even a foosball table for outdoor entertainment.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• Please also note that the villa is suitable for children and babies, but is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
