Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group (including a sofa bed for 2), satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. It provides a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socialising, with direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Atheria accommodates guests in 4 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each located on the first floor and featuring air conditioning, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A beautiful, long private swimming pool set within the main terrace (Length: 13 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Rooftop Pool: A unique and spectacular private rooftop swimming pool, offering a truly special place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun (Length: 13 m, Width: 3.7 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The villa features a spacious pool terrace furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, and a seating area.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 TL (or GBP equivalent) is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: The living room has a sofa bed suitable for 2 additional guests, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 people in total.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
