Bedrooms:
Suit Alida accommodates guests in 2 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1: A double ensuite bedroom with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. (This bedroom shares a bathroom).

Bathrooms:
The apartment has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom. A separate, common bathroom is available for Bedroom 2 and other guests.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Shared Pool: A large shared swimming pool for all guests (Length: 35 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The apartment is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located apartment in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
