The comfortable and bright living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a dining area and provides a welcoming space for relaxation.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Barlas accommodates guests in 2 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool with Children's Section: A beautiful private swimming pool with a separate children's pool (Main pool: Length: 8 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.4 m | Children's pool: Length: 2 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 0.8 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide pleasant outdoor living space for relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot, with the beach and bazaar within walking distance.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
