The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, an LCD TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ayliz Duo accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds (which can be joined).

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a pergola and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for couples, honeymooners or small families seeking a modern and convenient base in central Kalkan.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot, with both the sea and town centre within easy walking distance.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
