The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Oykunun Evi accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).

• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 TL (or GBP equivalent) is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
