Kitchen:
A practical and fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery for preparing family meals. A washing machine is also provided.

Living Room:
A comfortable and bright living area with ample seating, a satellite TV and a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings. The space is designed for relaxation and family time.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Capacity:
The villa comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 2 well-appointed bedrooms, each with sea views.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. It features a private heated indoor pool and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Family Room): A versatile room configured with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for a family with a child. It includes air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

Bathrooms:

 The villa features two modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom, all equipped with a shower, WC, and basin.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa boasts one of its best features: a large, private and enclosed garden with a lush lawn, ideal for children to play. The main pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating area and a barbecue, providing the perfect setup for outdoor living and dining. The villa features two private swimming pools.

• Outdoor Pool: A large seasonal pool in the garden. Dimensions: 8m x 4m. Depth: 1.45m.
• Indoor Pool (Private to Master Bedroom): A unique feature. Dimensions: 4m x 3m. Depth: 0.9m. This pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge of £40 per day, with a maximum temperature of 28°C for hygiene.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• For stays of 10 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning and linen change is provided. 
• The villa is in a peaceful residential area; we ask guests to respect the neighbours, especially after 23:00.
• The large garden and dual pools make it an excellent and unique choice for families.

Villa En Tepe 2 is located in a tranquil, elevated area of Kalkan, approximately 1.5 km from the town centre. This prime location means you are just steps away from the town's finest restaurants, charming boutique shops, lively bars and the picturesque marina. You can easily explore the heart of Kalkan on foot, immersing yourself in its vibrant atmosphere, yet return to the privacy and tranquility of your own luxury villa within minutes.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
