Villa Vakana is a secluded villa located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, approximately 2 km from the town centre. Featuring a private, sheltered swimming pool, this villa has been carefully decorated for conservative families and honeymoon couples. With a large garden area, the villa accommodates up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, one of which includes a private jacuzzi. Its quiet, peaceful, and sheltered structure offers our valued guests the opportunity for a holiday away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery. It will be an ideal choice for families with children, conservative families and honeymoon couples.

Details

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, a TV, a coffee table, a satellite receiver and internet access. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans sets, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Vakana accommodates guests in 2 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and nightstands. This bedroom uses a separate shared bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom. A separate shared bathroom is available for Bedroom 2 and other guests.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered and not visible from the outside (Length: 10.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, a pergola, a children's play area, a table tennis table, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Vakana is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, approximately 2 km from the town centre. It offers a quiet, peaceful, and sheltered position surrounded by greenery.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
